Displaying Art/Crafts at The Coffee Table aka "The Art Swap" 

Artists are allowed to display their work at The Coffee Table Coffee House for a time frame of, up to 30 days.  Longer if the artist and the management of The Coffee Table agree.

Artists interested in displaying their work at The Coffee Table should send an email to info@wesleychapelcoffee.com with a subject line of Art Swap

Artists may sell their work at the Coffee Table commission free.

All art should be either framed or matted unless it is a textile piece or a stretched canvas frame.

The Art Swap take place on the first Sunday of every month.  During that time, artists should plan on removing their art from The Coffee Table so that new art can be displayed.  Artists that do not remove their art at that time, may have their art removed by employees of The Coffee Table so that others can use the space.

Space will not be reserved and will be allocated on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. 

The Coffee Table will have no involvement in transactions between the artists and potential buyers. Artists must provide their contact information and any pricing information along with their work.  Employees are not allowed to collect monies for art, and will not do so if asked.

Artists will be responsible for hanging their artwork in a safe and secure manner and should come prepared with all tools and supplies needed to display their art.  The Coffee Table will supply a tall ladder to the artists. Displays (tables etc) for non hanging art will be the responsibility of the artist.  Absolutely NO 2 sided tape will be allowed on the walls.

The management and ownership reserves the right to request an artist remove their work from the premises at anytime, without reason.

The Coffee Table is a busy public space. While it is locked and secured overnight, The Coffee Table does not have 24 hour supervision, and therefore the owners, management, employees and landlords of The Coffee Table will not be held responsible for any theft or damage of artworks on display.
